Gordon will never tie Dale Sr...because Gordon doesn't want to.
Jeff has said numerous times that if he gets to six he'll retire...
anyway you look at it the best driver today is Tony Stewart. I think he can control a car almost as good as Dale Sr. could and hands down the best crew has to be Jimmie Johnson but with all the rules infractions it takes away from the crew. I've never seen a guy run like junk for 90% of the race and on the last pitstop have the car to beat. (and I hate Johnson)

Whatever they have found to cheat will be found soon enough and they will come up with something else. Like Kasey Kahne had the same car that has won 3 races this year and looked like it was unstopable and on the track Sunday the same type of track as the others he couldn't hardly get out of his own way.
I also agree that Tony is the best out there today, he has total car control. I will say that I think Jr is just as good maybe just a tad less but he has unbelieveable car control as well. Both can make there cars do things that they shouldn't. The biggest thing with Jr is they have been struggling to get their cars up to par with the other teams because of some inner turmoil at the shop which I do believe is under control now.

With a lot of luck and dirty driving as displayed this past Sunday Sissy Jeff could possibly pass Old Ironhead. But he will NEVER be the MAN Dale was.

I don't like Jeff but that "dirty driving" is how Old Ironhead won many races.

What Pretty Boy did was intentional. Dale would "rattle a cage" to make a pass, true. But you don't get under a bumper, especially to one side of it, in a turn. Sissy knew exactly what he was doing. I guess he saw that as payback for Bristol. I can't wait to see chapter 3.

Old Ignoranthead used to do exactly the same thing. Ask Terry. Ask Rusty. Ask just about everybody.
